We currently process and despatch orders Monday to Friday (Bank Holidays excluded). If your order is placed on a Bank Holiday the order will not be processed until the Next Working Day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered as Working Days, therefore if you wish to receive your order on either of these days, you will need to choose a day specific delivery option. For all orders placed Monday – Friday, your order must be placed before 5pm to be despatched same day. Customised orders must be placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday for same day despatch, any orders placed after 4pm or on a weekend or Bank Holiday requiring customisation will not be processed until the Next Working Day.
Once your order has been successfully despatched, we will notify you via email. If you have chosen a tracked service, you will also receive the relevant tracking information. Please note that cut-off for same day despatch on international orders is 4pm.
Please note in the extremely rare case that a parcel is lost, we are unable to cancel or replace the goods until our couriers have completed their investigation (usually within 2-3 working days).

Due to Babolat’s selective distribution agreement, we are unable to ship Babolat products outside of the UK, Swiss and European Economic Area.
